You are a hard-working web developer looking for your next big break - You've had some successful internships and co-ops and have now entered the real world. You're not necessarily interested in working for a large company. You would enjoy working with a small group of other really smart people who developed an application that is being used by some of the largest universities in North America. You like to get more responsibility and have more input into the decision making and design.

InnoSoft is a software company that has developed Fusion - an application that makes it easy to manage recreation facilities and its members. Our platform integrates hardware and software and provides applications for desktop and mobile users. We manage recreation departments for some of the biggest and best universities - ASU, UCLA, Notre Dame, Florida, Western and Waterloo to name a few.

What we need you to do:
Plan, execute and/or support various short, medium and long-term projects from top to bottom, to further the team's objectives. This includes participating in the planning, design, construction, documentation, testing, deployment and support.
- Determine/document system requirements, specifications and user materials
- Advise and make recommendations to leaders on technical issues
- Assist with quality verification when needed
- Use strong coding practices that ensure high quality, easy to maintain code.
What you bring to the table:
- 1-3 years experience
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, learn, interpret, question and challenge
- a good attitude and willingness to learn
- proficiency coding in C#, WPF, Winforms, Reporting and MS SQL Server
- working knowledge of the software development life cycle
- familiarity with n-tier architectures, Visual Studio, Bootstrap, JQuery, ASP.NET Web API, CSS is a plus
- ability to work independently on significant projects/assignments
- ability to manage time and work on multiple urgent projects at once
- willingness to independently research and learn technical concepts, techniques and skills as needed
