Our client, a contractor in Waterloo, has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a Project Manager to join their team.
In this role, you would be responsible for:
- Schedule project start up meetings with Superintendent and Divisional Managers
- Schedule download meeting with Estimating and Divisional Managers
- Attend pre-construction meeting with client
- General correspondence with client, subs, suppliers and site
- Prepare initial billing breakdown and gain breakdown approval from client
- Submit progress billing to client for approval.
- Ensure site personnel are performing safety orientations, safety talks, site inspections and safety meetings as required. Review documentation, distribute and file as necessary
- Expedite cost budget breakdowns from Estimating and Divisional Managers for initial entry
- Review initial cost report off accounting for accuracy and legibility
- Update forecasted costs on all jobs in progress
- Administrate PO’s and subcontracts
As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience (full cycle)
- Experience as a Project Manager in the ICI field
