Job Description

Responsibilities:

Maintaining records of any work, mileage, material costs and inspections done on-premises
Completing cleaning duties as assigned based on scheduled activities (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning tasks)
Lawn cutting, trimming and other lawn and property maintenance
Performing general maintenance tasks for the building or buildings, such as window washing, drywall repair, plastering, carpentry, flooring repair, painting and other duties
Detecting, identifying and repairing building issues, like basic problems with the building's electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized
Completing weekly and monthly waterworks processes, including checking water systems, monthly samples, and general maintenance
Support Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives throughout the facility, ensuring safety, housekeeping and quality standards are maintained
Other duties, as assigned by management

Requirements:

Successful candidate will also have:

Excellent attention to detail
Must be self-motivated, with an ability to work independently
Good time management skills with the ability to successfully prioritize tasks
Good oral and written communication skills
May be required to use special equipment and/or chemicals to complete some tasks
Ability to perform heavy labour tasks (ability to lift, push, pull loads up to 50 lbs.)
May be required to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl while performing the essential duties of this job
