We are seeking a computer proficient, detail-oriented individual to join our Bonduelle Supply Chain Team.  This is an interim position of approximately 4 hours daily with a review of the position by June 30, 2017.    

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the integrity of Master Data files for frozen items through daily audit inquiries and data transaction review
• Assist in the creation of new item codes for packaging materials 
• Enter data items to warehouses
• Assist in maintenance of bill of material related files
• Assist in item inactivation review of poly, cartons, finished goods, bulk product and item code discontinuation
• Weekly packaging tube and line assignment maintenance
• Weekly balancing of data warehouse items
• Report analysis
• Provide support to Master Data Specialist

 
Qualifications:

• Post secondary education in a related discipline
• Solid computer skills including proficiency in Excel and integrated software applications
• Product code data entry experience and knowledge
• Proven  organizational  and problem solving skills
• High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A commitment to team spirit and positive work environment
