Job Description: The IT Lead – BI Developer/System Analyst will provide day to day information technology (IT) support to various applications upon which the departmental staff and its publics rely, including the BI system, the data warehouse, the WWHS DSC website, and the hardware infrastructure required to operate these systems. Programming will be required to expand and enhance the data warehouse and BI tool. In addition, the IT Lead – BI Developer/System Analyst will maintain the WWHS DSC IT network and its computer infrastructure, etc.

Qualifications: •Degree in Computer Science or related field is required •Microsoft SQL certification completed or in progress •Progressive experience in Microsoft SQL Server programming, development and maintenance of BI Tools, etc. is required •Previous knowledge related to database management, database administration, data modeling, report writing, business intelligence, healthcare databases and sources is required. •Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with other disciplines •Demonstrated self-directed learning, creativity and innovation skills •Proven track record managing competing demands and excellent organization skills •Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products (Excel, Access) required •Regular attendance is required Cambridge Memorial Hospital is committed to providing and fostering a respectful workplace.
