DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Vice-Principal, Enrolment Services and Strategic Partnerships, and the Associate Registrar, the
successful applicant primary accountabilities are:
- Implementation of the College’s student recruitment program.
- Conduct presentations
- Contact individuals and provide information in a manner which reflects the College’s philosophy and goals.
- Work closely with the Senior Liaison Officer and Associate Registrar to ensure the smooth daily operations of the
First Year Summer Academic Counselling Program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must:
- Have a minimum of a B.A. in a discipline offered at King’s University College
- Be a graduate of King’s University College (1) or Western (2) (preferred)
- Have knowledge of the Ontario secondary and post-secondary system.
- Have demonstrated verbal and written communication
- Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be willing and able to travel.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
The recruiting cycle involves extensive driving, substantial travel from home, working evenings, weekends, while meeting
time constraints in an effective manner.
TYPE OF JOB:
Limited Term Contract
EFFECTIVE DATE:
May 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020
SALARY RANGE:
$2,664.77 (PSG 14 level 1) bi-weekly, inclusive of 6% vacation pay to be paid by bank deposit.
