Randstad Canada is currently hiring personnel to work with one of our long-standing clients in Guelph, Ontario as Production Line Workers in the automotive industry!
Full-time positions with plenty of opportunity for overtime are soon available at 65 Independence Place, Guelph, Ontario.
We hire for straight days, afternoons, or nights on a Monday - Friday schedule - shifts vary so very flexible in terms of finding a shift schedule that works best for you!
Advantages
- full-time hours with constant overtime opportunity
- straight shifts
- starting wage of $16.50 with a performance-based increase to $17.00/hr after 6 months
- $0.45/hr premium for afternoon shifts
- $0.95/hr premium for night shifts
- facility upgrades that reduce social distancing and PPE provided for all personnel if physical distancing is not possible
- easily accessible by bus and car (free employee parking lot)
- opportunity for permanent hire after 3 months
Qualifications
- must be comfortable with working in standing/walking position
- must be comfortable lifting loads of 5 - 50 lbs on a regular basis
- prior experience in an automotive assembly role is an asset
- prior experience using hand tools is an asset
- some departments do require you to work 6 days a week on Saturdays
