Human Resources Assistant
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of quality metal components with a diversified client base across the Defence, Oil and Gas and Mining industries, not just the Automotive sector. They are currently searching for a Human Resources Assistant to step into this newly created role. You will report directly to the Human Resources Manager where you will build upon your HR, Payroll and Health & Safety knowledge. As this is a new and evolving role, we are searching for a candidate with a Human Resources foundation who also has some experience with payroll and Health & Safety. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have the desire to learn and be mentored by highly experienced HR leader.

Requirements:
- Related post-secondary education with some previous experience in an HR role and ideally you will have exposure to processing payroll.
- Proficient with a variety of computer programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and capable of learning new systems and software quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment.
- Adaptable and positive attitude. Jumping in and assisting during busy times comes as second nature to you.
