As a member of the Business & Corporate services group, the Applications Support Analyst will have expertise and experience with supporting and maintaining all of ONE CARE’s software applications. The successful candidate will provide applications support to departments and end users. They will also generate reports for internal customers. They will enjoy flexible work locations which include the offices of Stratford, Clinton or Wingham and the position includes some travel between locations.

This is a 18 month contract position which includes benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to business unit users of proprietary or custom application software
  • Answer technical questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide users to gain productive use of software.
  • Extract data, format and run reports, or perform specific analytical functions using application.
  • Share subject matter knowledge of business unit discipline. 
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of managing database systems including CRM technology and CIMS
  • Identify opportunities to provide key support for innovative projects
  • Enhance and increase the service delivery of applications
  • Test new systems, version upgrades, interfaces and other system modifications
  • Document and maintain application profiles used by Information Services

Key Qualifications: 

    •    Post-secondary degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline 

    •    1 to 3 year(s) experience in help desk/customer support. Knowledge of HTML and SQL an asset

    •    Highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges 

    •    Very strong written and verbal communication skills 

    •    Ability to work in a team environment 

    •    Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver on time-sensitive deadlines
