The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role as the link between client companies and associates and having the responsibility of meeting the expectations of both. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting qualified candidates, scheduling and completing interviews, providing orientations
- Referencing and testing associates
- Respond to calls from applicants and candidates
Requirements:
- Recruitment and/or sales experience
- Experience working with various MS Office applications
- Solid keyboarding skills (40+ WPM)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to multitask, and prioritize
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and listening
