Our business is poised for growth and we are searching for a Business Development Manager to partner with. This opportunity will be best suited for someone who has a home office, is looking for flexibility in their schedule, excels at business lead development and is excited about a fee split remuneration package (uncapped). The successful candidate must be a go-getter, out of the box thinker who gets our vision and work ethic. The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating and handing off recruitment leads to our highly skilled recruitment professionals who will manage all recruitment and customer service functions until orders are filled.
