Job Description
Do you want to work within an energised upbeat work environment? Our client is a leading ICT solutions service provider, currently inviting an enthusiastic Intermediate Accountant to join their team. You will report to the Controller and will be primarily responsible for standard costing, inventory management and working with bills of material (BOMs). An understanding of full-cycle accounting and a desire to generate continuous improvement initiatives is essential. Your background in a manufacturing environment will be an asset.
You will have 2 to 3 years of experience in an accounting role which has focused on project costing. You will have a desire to cross train in other areas of the business such as accounts payable, preparation of payroll Backup, preparation of month end production, cost of sales journal entries and standard recurring entries
