As we continue to grow, we are seeking an individual to join our Sales & Marketing department as a Marketing Specialist in the Innerkip, ON Head Office.

Reporting to the President, the Marketing Specialist impacts the organization by creatively designing, distributing, monitoring and communicating all marketing materials for all company brands. They play an important role in elevating our brand through innovative design and development, the position will directly support all Sales and Marketing strategic initiatives for all divisions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create eye-catching marketing material to captivate the customer.
• Lead design related projects, from planning to implementation and analysis
• Drive marketing materials from concept and design to various internal and external sources
• Ensure all marketing materials meet Corporate standards through the appropriate use and application of brand identifiers.
• Make marketing recommendations for internal & external audiences
• Create all publications and technical documents
• Ensure graphics, media, digital records and other content are stored and organized appropriately
• Create relevant and engaging social posts, ensuring all content is integrated with the overall marketing plan.
• Ensure all marketing content is consistent with and respectful of brand guidelines.
• Oversee strategic paid social campaigns to brand recognition
• Responsible for Company website maintenance, includes Greatario and all sister companies.
• Own social media properties including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
• Monitor the social forums to understand and report on general customer sentiments for both customer and talent audiences.
• Participate in relevant online conversations
• Manage and coordinate customer events that the company is attending or hosting, including trade shows
• Coordinate creation and delivery of event materials
• Promote the events socially (before/during/after)
• Identify new capability, tools and services that will drive client engagement
• Identify good stories and content for web and social promotion
• Produce quick videos with engaging content for online promotions
• Develop ideas for campaigns and emails to meet the objectives for revenue generation, gaining referrals etc.
• Oversee development of marketing campaigns, monitor and report on results.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Post Secondary education, ideally a 3-year College Diploma with a marketing specialization,
• Five (5) years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write effectively for multiple audiences, to deliver presentations and interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Video editing an asset
• Advanced computer skills, proficiency in design programs. Working knowledge of Joomla considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently while supporting the team objectives.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills with all levels within the organization
• Attention to detail
