Job Description
EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Busy multi location automotive dealership group located in Kitchener/Waterloo requires an experienced Accounting Assistant. The successful candidate will have prior experience in duties such as daily deposit, accounts payable, accounts receivable. You will be required to act as the back-up receptionist during the day, as needed. Eventually, this person will also be required to prepare payroll. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are also a requirement.
The successful candidate must have a consistent track record of reliability and punctuality in their work experience, and references will be required.
