We are currently recruiting to fill an Inside Sales Representative job in Kitchener, ON.  This client offers a great work environment for someone looking to grow with an established company.  The base salary range for this role is between $30,000-$35,000/yr plus commission.

Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skill, with a good knowledge of effective sales techniques over the phone and through email
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to perform in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Minimum of 1 year inside sales experience required, preferably in a metals oriented environment.  Industrial experience in Southwestern Ontario would assist greatly.  More specific training will be provided but the basis of an industrial sales environment is important.
- Experience reading blueprints an asset
- Strong computer and math skills required
- Willingness to perform outgoing calls to established and new customers
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to source, purchase and sell an extremely wide range of materials
- Certificate in Engineering Technology an asset
