Direct Hire Collections Officer!

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities of the job:

• Making collections calls on legal and non-legal files
• Preparing files for legal action
• Processing payments
• Researching debtors using various sources
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a customer service role with collections experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and not afraid to have difficult conversations.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
