Agilus is recruiting for a Site Development Project manager in the Civil Engineering industry in Kitchener, Ontario.
We are currently looking for an aspiring candidate who is looking to get into a Project manager role or someone who is currently at the Project manager capacity and handles all the site plan projects within the Kitchener/Waterloo area. This role requires you have a P.eng designation and ideally requires someone with 8 - 10 years of experience and should have a good knowledge of greenfield sites.

A day in the life:
- Responsible for handling the planning, execution of greenfield site development projects. Ensuring projects are within budgets and on schedule
- Ability to bring in new projects and clients by identifying potential business opportunities within the Region of Waterloo, leading proposal efforts etc
- Managing project financials which include but are not limited to invoicing, progress payment certificates, collections of payment
- Able to manage project execution by directing a team, scheduling contractors and being the main point of contact between internal and external project teams
- Review greenfield sites and its processes
The successful candidate brings:
- Up to 10 years of experience with 5 years within this of being in a project management role
- Experience dealing with Site plans, reviews and processing
- P.eng designation is a mandatory requirement for this role
- Preference given to candidates who live within the Kitchener/Waterloo region
- Must have a "doer" type of attitude and can deal with technical reviews, designs and has the ability to stamp
