Fulltime, Part-time, Evenings & Weekend only – we are very flexible and will work with you!

If so, we are looking for the very best Technical Support Representatives to join our team in WOODSTOCK, ON.As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide friendly, courteous, accurate, and timely assistance in a call centre setting to Residential and Corporate customers. You will perform technical support to help resolve issues arising from Windows, MAC, TCP/IP, networking, telephones, Cable TV as well as modem/router setup and troubleshooting

- Must be fluent in English (oral and written)
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, midnights, weekends and holidays and possibly split shifts

- Must be computer literate (strong keyboard and operating system & internet navigation skills, etc.)

- Proven ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and timely matter
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Thrive to meet or exceed Call Centre monthly performance objectives including call handle time, problem resolution and schedule adherence
- Provide the best technical support and build rapport with a variety of customers and their changing technical requirements;
- Handle inquiries about repair, replacement, technical problem resolution and connectivity;
- Adjust to quick change in a positive manner
- Analyze issues with telecommunication equipment and/or devices and associated desktop software;
- Troubleshoot to achieve the required resolution; including device functionality, device configuration, application support, software downloads, network connectivity while knowing when to escalate internally etc.
- Complete accurate transactions with a sense of urgency and an eye for detail;
- Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues;
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end;
- Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance;
