Job Description
Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary full time Customer Service Representative in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. To qualify for this Customer Service Representative role, you must have 5 years Customer Service Experience, able to handle large number of incoming calls. Our client is a leading Canada-based financial services company and is known for providing their customers with reliable, trustworthy and forward-thinking solutions. The salary for this position is $17.32 per hour.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries in regards to their group benefits ie. Medical, dental
• Answering 60-65 calls per day with an average length of 5-10 minutes long
• Some outbound follow-up required
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
• 5 Years Customer Service Experience
• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• Must pass criminal background check
• Able to work rotating shifts as early as 8am and could be as late as 10pm
• Able to adapt to changes, focus/listen intently for long period of times
• Computer Savvy
• Strong communication skills
