What We Have To Offer:
 

• Fulltime, Permanent Position
• $60,000-$70,000 (Depending on Experience)
• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• On-Call After Normal Work Hours and on Weekends

 
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Strong background in restoration; water/fire/mold/asbestos as well as insurance and claims
• Monitor and drive the volume of sales/leads while maintaining budgets, profit margins, performance, and quality workmanship
• Maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, growth and profitability through effective management and coordination of employees
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance representatives
• Plan, assign, and direct work to be completed
• Estimate residential and commercial losses
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
• Oversee construction and restoration jobs, manage internal staff and sub-contractors, sales calls to insurance companies and project quotes and estimating

 
Job Qualifications:
 

• 6-7 years experience in a Restoration Manager role
• Experience with water and fire restoration as well as mold and asbestos removal
• Certified as a Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
• Certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Familiar with Xactimate Quote System
• Previous experience with sales calls to insurance companies
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have good customer service and organizational skills
