Adecco on behalf of our client is looking for a Outside Sales Rep. for Kitchener and the surrounding area.  An initial training process will take place in Kitchener, once trained the Outside Sales Person would be on the Road most days. Our client offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, monthly car and expense allowance and a comprehensive benefit package.

Job Description:

• Acquire and develop new customers through effective prospecting and sales techniques
• Maintain customer relationships and grow existing business
• Liaison with inside sales representatives as required
• Attend related networking/social functions
• Prepare sales itineraries, call reports and expense forms

Desired Skill and Expertise:

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
• Effective time and canvass management skills
• Must be motivated to open new doors, create new opportunities
• Preference will be given to applicants who have a steel background
