Express SRG is recruiting for a direct hire HR advisor/ consultant for a large unionized client in London area. Reporting to the Director of HR; this is a newly created position to help with the growing demands of the organization.

- Base salary 80k -90k.

- Onsite position- 37.5 hours work week.
- Providing employee and labour relations support.
- Coordinate the full cycle recruitment process.
- Deliver subject matter expertise and guidance on matters involving workplace violence, discrimination and harassment, return-to-work/modified work.
- Lead grievance processes, workplace investigations, and offer recommendations for employee discipline and terminations.
- Participate in labour management meetings as required.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- 5 plus years of senior HR generalist/manager experience- Health care background an asset.
- Union experience and experience handling complex situations is required.
- Post-secondary education in HR. CHRL designation an asset.
- Excellent working experience with MS Office Suite, HRIS an asset.
